When checking body temperature at home or in care settings, speed and ease of use matter. The Tiramed IRT 1602 digital thermometer measures temperature at the forehead without direct skin contact. The IRT 1602 is the simpler model in the Tiramed thermometer range and is designed to measure body temperature at the forehead only. It displays the result in approximately one second and also includes a separate mode for measuring object temperature.<\/em><\/p>\n

Non-Contact Forehead Temperature Measurement<\/em><\/p>\n

To measure body temperature, position the device 2\u20133 cm from the forehead. Non-contact measurement makes the IRT 1602 convenient for use by different family members and in settings such as clinics, nurseries and schools.<\/em><\/p>\n
